How does it work?
Step 1
Meeting bookers organise a meeting at a meeting venue partner of Meetings for Trees.
Step 2
During this process, the meeting coordinator advises the booker on an appropriate number of trees that can be planted through Meetings for Trees or the booker books a ´Green Package´ to contribute to a greener planet.
Step 3
The meeting booker chooses a ´´Green Package´´ or decides how many trees are to be planted. The meeting coordinator includes a tree in the package (and settles the tree with an item(s) from the package) or charges Euro 5 per tree to the booker.
Step 4
The meeting venue reports the total number of trees in a portal on the website. As soon as these numbers are entered, the trees made possible by the meeting booker can be found, together with all other trees, in the reporting on the website. This is done per meeting venue and per week.
Step 5
Meetings for Trees invoices the meeting venue each month and ensures that the corresponding number of trees is planted.
