The impact of this green choice is instantly visible on the Meetings for Trees website and contributes directly to (re)forestation projects of partner Trees for All around the world.
Easy
Meetings for Trees is based on a concept, which is “easy” for both meeting- and event bookers as well as participating meeting venues.
Specific
Meeting- and event bookers who choose to take part in the initiative can see the specific impact of their choice on the Meetings for Trees website.
Transparent
The financials behind this concept are no secret. Meeting venues that participate charge bookers Euro 5 per tree, which they then plant through Meetings for Trees.
About Meetings for Trees
Meetings for Trees was launched with the help of Founding Partner Meetingselect. It is a sub-label of Hotels for Trees (founded in 2021) which holds Dutch ANBI status (special charity trademark including tax benefits for people who donate). The foundation is non-profit, headed by a board of three and overseen by a Supervisory Board. All donations are spent on (re-)forestation projects or used for running or growing Meetings for Trees.
